Possessing noteworthy accomplishments in both Start-up and Turnaround situations, plus consistently maintaining high gross margins.
Designer of all proprietary equipment designs used in the unique Featherfiber® material manufacturing process.
Winner of the “Silver Award” at “World’s Best Technologies” showcase, for successfully developing a business judged to possess all the elements required to become one of “Tomorrow’s High Growth Commercial Enterprises.”
Organized the capital investment required, then successfully and within budget, established both an automated pilot-scale production facility, and numerous high volume potential markets for Featherfiber® material.
Jerome Rifino
Business Development
Mr. Rifino brings over 25 years of business process management, product development, marketing, sales and finance experience that is important to the global success of Featherfiber. Deriving most of his business acumen from performing several key leadership roles in product development, launch, marketing and distribution in the technology and materials industries, Jerome has worked closely with management to identify key customers in strategic markets for Featherfiber in the commercial and public sectors. His extensive network of executives in corporations and government agencies gained through sales of composites and building materials, and in conjunction with strategic manufacturing and distribution partners, enables him to focus directly on closing immediate contracts with established customers and developing additional business through a comprehensive launch campaign.
